Rhodiola is an adaptogen traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to support physical endurance, reduce fatigue, and help the body adapt to stress.
Bacopa Monnieri (Water Hyssop)
Bacopa is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support mental focus and clarity, and to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.
Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea)
Green tea is traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to relieve fatigue and weariness.
Ubidecarenone (CoQ10)
CoQ10 is used to enhance & promote energy levels as well as being potent antioxidant that reduces free radicals in the body.
Fucus vesiculosis (Kelp)
Kelp contains the trace mineral Iodine, which is used to support metabolism, healthy thyroid function, and energy levels.
B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5)

Indications
In healthy individuals; Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and Co-Enzyme Q10 maintain & support energy levels. Additionally, Green tea helps to support body metabolism in healthy individuals. Vitamin B6 may relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension. Iodine (from Kelp) supports healthy thyroid hormones and assists thyroid hormone production in healthy individuals. I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I take this?
We don’t recommend taking Rise + Shine or Sleep Tight if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Generally speaking, health products not specifically formulated for pregnancy/breastfeeding aren’t recommended during these life phases. On top of this, our vitamins are formulated with ingredients that may also be included in your prenatal or breastfeeding supplement, which may lead to certain vitamins or minerals being taken in excess.
Please consult with your health professional if you intend to take any of our products or supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.
How big are the tablets?
These tablets are 2cm long, 0.8cm wide and 0.5cm thick – about the size of 2 coffee beans stuck together.
They're also coated in a vegan film coating and have a break bar in the middle to make them easier to swallow.
Can I take this in conjunction with other vitamins/supplements?
Rise + Shine and Sleep Tight have been formulated to work in synergy with one another.
However, we recommend consulting with a health professional before taking Mister Jones vitamins alongside other supplements. Your health professional will be able to offer advice specific to your unique needs and can help to ensure you’re not exceeding the recommended daily intakes of certain nutrients.
