When will I notice a difference?
Everyone's experience with the Mister Jones product range is unique. Some may notice a difference in as little as 1-2 weeks, while others might take a bit longer. Remember, the real magic happens on the inside. Even if you don't feel immediate changes, your daily health ritual is activating numerous processes within your body to support a better you. We're not a quick fix or a magical pill – good things take time, so be patient and trust the journey.
How old do I need to be consume Mister Jones?
Mister Jones products are suitable for those aged 16 years and up.
Is Mister Jones safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
For any new or expecting mums, we recommend consulting with your GP, Midwife, or Obstetrician before using Mister Jones supplements. Our formulas contain ingredients that may already be present in your prenatal or breastfeeding supplements, potentially leading to an excess intake of certain vitamins or minerals. Additionally, our Rise + Shine formula contains Iodine, which should only be taken under the guidance of your healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Our Daily Beauty Berry and Greens, Collagens, along with our Proteins are safe while pregnant and breastfeeding.
Where are Mister Jones products made?
All Mister Jones products are manufactured right here in Australia in a cGMP approved laboratory.
Are the supplements TGA approved?
Yes! The following supplements are TGA listed: Rise + Shine, Sleep Tight, Hormone Helper and Joint Helper are TGA listed and cGMP compliant. They have a valid AUST L number and are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
How do I store my supplements (capsules and tablets)?
We recommend storing your vitamins below 30°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration isn't necessary.
Should I take my vitamins with a meal or on an empty stomach?
Our supplements can be taken with or without meals. However, we recommend taking your vitamins with or just after a meal to avoid any possible nausea (this may be more common with products containing zinc).
Are Mister Jones products vegan?
The range includes vegan, vegetarian, and some products with animal-based ingredients, ensuring there's something for everyone. Whether you're following a plant-based diet or seeking animal-based options, we provide the flexibility to choose what's best for your unique lifestyle and health goals. Can I increase my dosage of any of the range?
Please adhere to the directions for use that are listed on the packaging. If you wish to amend your dosage, you will need to consult with your healthcare professional first.
Why has my urine turned yellow after taking Rise + Shine?
This is due to B vitamins, especially vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin. Basically, your body will use up what it needs then excrete what it does not. Don’t worry, it’s completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

How do I become a MJ subscriber?
When adding the product to your cart you will have the option to select either a one-time purchase or subscribe & save. Click on the ‘subscribe & save’ option and add the product to your cart. Once you proceed through the checkout, you will be prompted to create a membership account which will allow you manage your details and update when needed.
How do I cancel my MJ Membership?
Login to your account via the website and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. Here, you can select whether you'd like to skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription completely. If you have any questions regarding your subscription please shoot us an email, we'd love to help!
How do I cancel an order?
If your order has already been placed and you need to cancel due to a change of mind please complete an Order Cancellation Request form.
Our order and fulfilment system is pretty speedy - this means that once an order has been placed, it can be hard (but not impossible) to cancel before dispatch.

- All subscriptions are processed at 10:30am AEST
- Orders are fulfilled as early as 6am Mon - Fri
- Once an order has been fulfilled it can not be cancelled.
- Full refunds will be issued for all successful cancellations.

Can I skip a month of my subscription?
You sure can! Just login to your account via the website and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. From there, you can click into upcoming orders and choose to skip the next shipment. Simple!
How do I update my payment or delivery details for my subscription?
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. From there you can update your credit/debit card details and shipping address.
Why am I having crazy dreams when taking Sleep Tight?
Magnesium, one of the main ingredients in Sleep Tight, helps relax your muscles and reduces the levels of the stress hormone ‘cortisol’ within your body. As your cortisol levels reduce, the sleep hormone called melatonin increases and helps you to get into that nice deep sleep that we all love. Sounds good right? Well when our bodies are more relaxed we are then able to reach our REM sleep state more often. REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is a deeper phase of our sleep cycle where our brain is most active, and this can lead to having more vivid, intense dreams.

Can guys take Mister Jones too?
Yes! There are no ingredients in our products that are off limits for men. When designing Mister Jones, we had both the males and females in mind, so both genders can safely enjoy all the goodness. Don’t worry guys…you won’t turn into a girl.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay as payment options. Please keep in mind that Afterpay is only available to our Australian customers.
