COVID Shipping Update

Australian & NZ Shipping
We offer FREE tracked regular shipping on all Australian & New Zealand orders over $50.00 (all orders under $50.00 incur a $6.00 shipping fee).
The usual shipping timeframe within Australia is 5-12 business days for standard tracked shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping.
All orders placed before 10am AEST Monday-Friday will be packed and shipped on the same day from our Melbourne warehouse, with the exception of peak demand times where dispatch times may take up to 24 hours.
International Shipping
We offer FREE tracked regular shipping on all US and UK orders over $50.00 (all orders under $50.00 incur a $10.00 shipping fee).
All international orders have the option of Standard Tracked Shipping (5-12 business days) or Express Tracked Shipping (2-6 business days).

Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by Mister Jones and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Mister Jones will not accept any returns for change of mind purchases due to health regulations. However, if you are unhappy with your experience please contact us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help you out.
In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged please email us as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the situation.
Tracking
For all tracking and shipping enquiries, please reach out to us within 12 weeks of the order date, as we are unable to investigate further after this timeframe.
