Oat straw
Oat straw is the name given to the leaves and stems of the oat plant. In ancient Chinese medicine, it’s thought that oat straw helps to calm the nervous system and relieve anxiety.
Aniseed
Also known as anise, aniseed has a sweet, fragrant, liquorice-like flavour. Recent studies have shown that aniseeds have antioxidant, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and gastro-protective properties – indicating that they offer a range of health benefits.
Lemon balm
Lemon balm has been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to relieve restless sleep and symptoms of stress.
Valerian
