If you do have any prior health issues or concerns we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional first.

Do we even need vitamins and supplements?
No vitamin or supplement should replace a healthy, balanced diet – this should always be your first step. However, we can easily miss out on the essential nutrients that your body needs to perform at its best. This is where Mister Jones comes in! Supplementation may help to support your busy lifestyle and help you be your best you.
When will I notice a difference?
As no one person is the same, everyone will have a slightly different response to Mister Jones products. Some people may notice a difference in as little as 1-2 weeks, while others may take a little longer to notice a change. Don’t forget – it’s what’s happening on the inside that counts and although you may not feel like much has changed, your daily health ritual is sparking a multitude of processes within your body to help support a better you. Just remember that we’re not a quick fix, one-night stand or magical pill…good things take time, so be patient.
How old do I need to be consume Mister Jones?
Mister Jones products are suitable for those aged 16 years and up.
Is Mister Jones safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
You need to be pretty cautious during pregnancy and breastfeeding and rightfully so! For any new or expecting mums, we recommend consulting with your GP, Midwife or Obstetrician before use. Mister Jones contains ingredients that may also be included in your prenatal or breastfeeding supplement, which may lead to certain vitamins or minerals being taken in excess. Additionally, our Rise + Shine formula contains Iodine, which is only recommended to be taken under the guidance of your healthcare professional (if pregnant or breastfeeding).
Where are Mister Jones products made?
All Mister Jones products are manufactured right here in Australia in a cGMP approved laboratory.
Is The Perfect Pair TGA approved?
Yes! Rise + Shine and Sleep Tight are TGA licensed, cGMP compliant, have a valid AUST L number and are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
How do I store The Perfect Pair?
We recommend storing your vitamins below 30°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration isn't necessary.
Should I take my vitamins with a meal or on an empty stomach?
The Perfect Pair can be taken with or without meals. However, we recommend taking your vitamins with or just after a meal to avoid any possible nausea.
Are Mister Jones products vegan?
Yes! All our products are 100% vegan.
Can I increase my dosage of The Perfect Pair?
We recommended adhering to the dosage of 2 tablets in the morning for ‘Rise + Shine’ and 2 tablets in the evening for ‘Sleep Tight’. If you wish to increase your dosage, you will need to consult with your healthcare professional first.
Why has my urine turned bright yellow after taking Rise + Shine?
This is due to B vitamins, especially vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin. Basically, your body will use up what it needs then excrete what it does not. Don’t worry, it’s completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

How do I become a MJ subscriber?
When adding the product to your cart you will have the option to select either a one-time purchase or subscribe & save. Click on the ‘subscribe & save’ option and add the product to your cart. Once you proceed through the checkout, you will be prompted to create a membership account which will allow you manage your details and update when needed.
How do I cancel my MJ Membership?
Login to your account via the website and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. Here, you can select whether you'd like to skip an upcoming order or cancel your subscription completely. If you have any questions regarding your subscription please shoot us an email, we'd love to help!
How do I cancel an order?
If your order has already been placed and you need to cancel due to a change of mind please complete an Order Cancellation Request form.
Our order and fulfilment system is pretty speedy - this means that once an order has been placed, it can be hard (but not impossible) to cancel before dispatch.

- All subscriptions are processed at 10:30am AEST
- Orders are fulfilled as early as 6am Mon - Fri
- Once an order has been fulfilled it can not be cancelled.
- Full refunds will be issued for all successful cancellations.

Can I skip a month of my subscription?
Yes! Login to your account via the website and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. From there, you can click into upcoming orders and choose to skip the next shipment. Simple!
How do I update my payment or delivery details for my subscription?
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'manage subscription' section. From there you can update your credit/debit card details and shipping address.
Why am I having crazy dreams when taking Sleep Tight?
Magnesium, one of the main ingredients in Sleep Tight, helps relax your muscles and reduces the levels of the stress hormone ‘cortisol’ within your body. As your cortisol levels reduce, the sleep hormone ‘melatonin’ increases and helps you to get into that nice deep sleep that we all love. Sounds good right? Well when our bodies are more relaxed we are then able to reach our REM sleep state more often. REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is a deeper phase of our sleep cycle where our brain is most active, and this can lead to having more vivid, intense dreams.

Can guys take Mister Jones too?
Yes! There are no ingredients in our products that are off limits for men. When designing Mister Jones, we had both the males and females in mind, so both genders can safely enjoy all the goodness. Don’t worry guys…you won’t turn into a girl.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay as payment options. Please keep in mind that Afterpay is only available to our Australian customers.
