Recommended adult dosage
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with water after food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Will it get rid of all my menopause symptoms?
No—because we can’t stop nature! You will likely still experience some symptoms of menopause but this product is designed to significantly reduce the severity.
