Rise + Shine

In healthy individuals; Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and Co-Enzyme Q10 maintains and supports energy levels. Additionally, Green tea helps to support body metabolism in healthy individuals. Vitamin B6 may relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension. Iodine (from Kelp) supports healthy thyroid hormones and assists thyroid hormone production in healthy individuals. Both, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, Bacopa Monnieri supports mental concentration, focus and clarity and relieves symptoms of mild anxiety in healthy individuals. Rhodiola Rosea supports cognitive function and acts as an adaptogen, helping the body adapt to stress.
