Returns Policy
We want you to love your Mister Jones products. We don’t accept returns for change-of-mind on opened products due to health regulations.
But if something’s not right with your product, here’s a step-by-step process:
1. Check Eligibility
Due to health regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any returns for open packages. This includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please review our Money Back Guarantee + Results Promise.
However, if your item is unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of your order date and include your original invoice or order confirmation.
2. Reach out to Request a Return

Brief reason for the return
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send returns to the address on your packaging. This is not our warehouse, and we are unable to process any returns sent there.
We’ll send you the correct return instructions after you contact us.
3. Return Your Item the Right Way
If your return is approved:
- We recommend you use a trackable and insured postal service
- Clearly mark ‘Returned Items’ on the outside of the parcel
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage
- Only return to the address provided by our team
- Email us again with your tracking details
What Happens Next?
When your return arrives and is inspected:
- We’ll issue store credit (or exchange) for the product amount

- Opened products cannot be returned
- Shipping a return is at your own expense

Faulty or Damaged Items?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email [email protected] within 30 days, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or resolution.

Nothing in these terms purports to modify or exclude the statutory guarantees and other legal rights under the Australian consumer law and other laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian consumer law or the competition and consumer regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.
