Using the 6-gram scoop provided, mix a level scoop of powder with 250ml of water. For best results, use once daily.
For those with stomach sensitivity, consumption with food is recommended.

When will I feel a difference?
The short answer is - it depends…Everyone is going to find different results within a different timeframe.

Improved collagen production is likely to occur between 4 - 8 weeks. While we may wish for collagen to help your skin’s appearance, if your body decides that your digestive tract, cartilage or organs need it more - you guessed it, that’s what’s going to happen. Collagen isn’t measurable and doesn’t always directly translate to visual skin health.*
Gut health is largely dependent on the individual’s baseline. If someone has an unbalanced gut they are likely to experience an increased frequency of bowel movements & stool volume within 2 - 7 days. On the other end of the scale, if the gut is well balanced the difference noticed in the digestive system may be minor.*
