Who we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Naturopath & Customer Care Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will leverage your expertise as a Naturopath to support our community, assist in product development, and create educational content around our products and wellness.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing and new customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with our brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while making a meaningful impact on people's health and well-being.
As our Naturopath, you'll:
•
Support our community: Utilize your background as a Naturopath to provide valuable insights, advice, and guidance to our community, addressing their health concerns and promoting a holistic approach to well-being.

Develop products: Collaborate with our team to contribute your expertise in formulating and refining our natural health products to ensure they align with our mission and values.
•
Create content: Generate engaging and informative content across various platforms, including written articles, videos, and social media posts, to educate our audience about our products and holistic health practices.
•
Nutrient and herb discussions: Communicate the benefits of the nutrients and herbs present in our formulations in a manner that is easily understandable by our target audience, promoting transparency and trust.

Content and marketing strategies: Assist in developing and executing content and marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage our audience while upholding compliance with the TGA advertising code.

Brand message enhancement: Work collaboratively with our team to continually refine and enhance our brand message, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
As our Customer Care Manager, you'll:
•
Build relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with our existing and new customers, providing personalized service and exceptional care to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
•
Manage inquiries: Oversee and manage customer care enquiries, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries through various channels, such as email, social media, and video calls.
•
Public speaking: Comfortably represent our brand in front of the camera, sharing natural health product information and advice through videos and other visual media.
•
Create memorable experiences: Create incredible and memorable experiences for our customers, fostering authentic connections that reflect the core values of our brand.
•
Deliver a personalized service: Deliver a hands-on and authentic brand experience through personalized service, tailoring recommendations and solutions to each customer's unique needs.
•
Comply with TGA advertising code: Ensure all customer interactions and communication adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advertising code.
What we're looking for:

A qualified and passionate Naturopath

Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively engage with both our community and customers.

Comfortable speaking in front of a camera, showcasing your expertise in natural health products and advice.

Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling content.

Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats with a smile, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A genuine love for natural, holistic health and wellness products.
Although our preference is for a candidate based on the Gold Coast who can work from our Miami office, we are also open to considering fully remote candidates. We believe that the right person can excel in this role, regardless of their location, and we welcome applications from qualified individuals who are enthusiastic about joining our team.
