These tablets are 2cm long, 0.8cm wide and 0.5cm thick – about the size of 2 coffee beans stuck together.

They're also coated in a vegan film coating and have a break bar in the middle to make them easier to swallow.

Rise + Shine and Sleep Tight have been formulated to work in synergy with one another.
However, we recommend consulting with a health professional before taking Mister Jones vitamins alongside other supplements.
