How to Use

Recommended adult dosage

Take 2 tablets in the morning with water after food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage

Store below 25ºC in an unopened container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the cap seal is missing or broken.

We don’t recommend taking Rise + Shine or Sleep Tight if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Generally speaking, health products not specifically formulated for pregnancy/breastfeeding aren’t recommended during these life phases. On top of this, our vitamins are formulated with ingredients that may also be included in your prenatal or breastfeeding supplement, which may lead to certain vitamins or minerals being taken in excess.

How big are the tablets?

These tablets are 2cm long, 0.8cm wide and 0.5cm thick – about the size of 2 coffee beans stuck together.

They're also coated in a vegan film coating and have a break bar in the middle to make them easier to swallow.

Can I take this in conjunction with other vitamins/supplements?

Rise + Shine and Sleep Tight have been formulated to work in synergy with one another.
However, we recommend consulting with a health professional before taking Mister Jones vitamins alongside other supplements. Your health professional will be able to offer advice specific to your unique needs and can help to ensure you’re not exceeding the recommended daily intakes of certain nutrients.
