What does it feel like?

I’m pregnant/breastfeeding, can I use this?
Yes - for topical use, and No - for taking orally.
There is little to no evidence to suggest that the topical use of castor oil is unsafe during pregnancy, and it is often used to reduce stretch marks, improve hair growth, and moisturise the skin. However, due to the fact that internal use of castor oil can induce labour, and cause severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea, we would recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before using castor oil, even topically, while pregnant.
At Mister Jones, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before starting any new supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We understand that every pregnancy is unique, affecting vitamin, mineral, and energy levels differently for each individual. When will I feel or see a difference?
The short answer is - it depends…Everyone is going to find different results within a different timeframe.
Each of us are beautifully unique, as such, it’s impossible to say for sure when everyone will notice a difference.
For hair growth, some may notice a difference after a week, for others it may be months* and that’s completely fine! It’s 100% normal to not notice the benefits right away.
Hair health is largely dependent on the individual’s baseline, and length of time experiencing symptoms (of hair thinning/ loss).
There are also several other factors that could be causing hair thinning/loss such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, or the haircare products that you use.
