Adults: Take 1-2 hard capsules daily with milk or lukewarm water after a meal.

Why warm milk, or warm water? In Ayurveda, Anupana (that material which is consumed along with food or medicine) is a substance (such as water or milk) that acts as a vehicle or carrier used to enhance the absorption and effectiveness of a herb. So by consuming Shilajit with warm milk or warm water, this may improve the bioavailability of nutrients thus supporting the absorption. Further to this, warm milk has a relaxing and calming effect so it facilitates the digestive process.

Directions for use

Using the 6-gram scoop provided, mix a level scoop of powder with 250ml of water. For best results, use once daily.
For those with stomach sensitivity, consumption with food is recommended.

PS: Don’t be surprised if you find yourself needing to visit the bathroom 15-30 minutes after consumption – it’s a good thing!

Storage

Store in a cool dry place below 30ºC. Always seal after use. Use the scoop provided and consume within 90 days after opening. Do not introduce water or moisture to the contents of this package.
