Black pepper is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestive system function and to enhance bioavailability and absorption of certain nutrients. Zinc helps to maintain skin health, immune system function and to fight illness. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation, bone health and nervous system function. Vitamin B6 helps maintain general health and wellbeing.

Recommended adult dosage
Take 2 tablets in the evening with water after food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I take this?
We don’t recommend taking Rise + Shine or Sleep Tight if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Generally speaking, health products not specifically formulated for pregnancy/breastfeeding aren’t recommended during these life phases. On top of this, our vitamins are formulated with ingredients that may also be included in your prenatal or breastfeeding supplement, which may lead to certain vitamins or minerals being taken in excess.
Please consult with your health professional if you intend to take any of our products or supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.
How big are the tablets?
These tablets are 2cm long, 0.8cm wide and 0.5cm thick – about the size of 2 coffee beans stuck together.
They're also coated in a vegan film coating and have a break bar in the middle to make them easier to swallow.
Can I take this in conjunction with other vitamins/supplements?
Rise + Shine and Sleep Tight have been formulated to work in synergy with one another.
However, we recommend consulting with a health professional before taking Mister Jones vitamins alongside other supplements. Your health professional will be able to offer advice specific to your unique needs and can help to ensure you’re not exceeding the recommended daily intakes of certain nutrients.
