Our order and fulfilment system is pretty speedy - we have a fully automated order fulfilment process to prevent any delays (looking at you, COVID-19).
This means that once an order has been placed, it can be hard (but not impossible) to cancel before dispatch, particularly as our team is working in different time zones all around the world.
Just so you know:
All subscriptions are processed at 2pm AEST.
Our customer support team are here to help between 10am - 6pm AEST.
Our warehouse team work to ship orders between 5am - 4pm AEST.
Orders are fulfilled as early as 6am Mon - Fri. Once an order has been fulfilled it can not be cancelled.
Full refunds will be issued for all successful cancellations.
We will do our very best to make cancellations happen. In the event were unsuccessful with a cancellation request, we may be able to recall the order through the carrier. Unfortunately, not all carriers allow for recalls and charges may be applicable.
