We’re looking for an experienced Operations/Office Manager who is exceptionally organised, motivated, and driven to better our organisation from the inside out (seriously – you’ll be taking care of the lion’s share of our brand’s behind-the-scenes).
As our Operations/Office Manager, you won’t be a cog in a machine. You’ll be running the machine – making sure our suppliers, systems, and processes are all integrated and humming along smoothly.
About Mister Jones
Mister Jones is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand on a mission to empower women to feel their best, unlock their confidence, and adopt a healthy lifestyle through innovative wellness products that meet them where they are.
Over recent years, we’ve gone from strength to strength. And we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon – currently, we have plans-in-motion to share the Mister Jones experience with the global market.
While our brand journey is entirely our own, we see Mister Jones’ brand trajectory reserving us a place alongside other iconic Australian beauty and wellness brands.
The story behind the role
Our brand is growing fast. And expansions? Are coming thick and fast.
We’re talking: product line expansion, global market expansion, and we’ve even got a brand expansion in our midst – with the launch of a sister brand on our radar in the next year.
Until now, the duties of an Operations & Office Manager have been shared across our team. But the time has come to welcome someone into the team who can be an all-seeing eye across all operations and truly take ownership of “everything that’s not marketing”, as we like to say.
About the opportunity
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes work that makes our products, our brand, and our team, function optimally.
Reporting to our Director, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our brand such as managing inventory, reaching out to prospective suppliers, helping to establish new supply chains, and so much more.
As this role is newly created and comes at a pivotal time in our brand’s evolution, it’s unlikely that any two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who sees the excitement, challenge, and infinite opportunity of this. It’ll be fun, we promise!
*This is a full-time, fully remote role.
