These soft-baked protein cookies are the perfect nourishing sweet treat. Made simple with peanut butter, protein, egg and chocolate chips, they’re rich, satisfying and packed with goodness to support your body. Higher in protein and easy to make, they’re the kind of everyday bake that helps keep you fuller for longer while satisfying those sweet cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 large egg
1 serve (1 scoop) Mister Jones Daily Beauty Protein+ (Salted Caramel shown)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Add the peanut butter, coconut sugar, egg and protein powder into a bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined into a thick dough.
  4. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll into small cookie balls and gently flatten on the tray.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool for 10–15 minutes before eating (they’ll firm up as they cool).

Makes: approx. 8–10 cookies.
