Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 scoops Mister Jones Daily Beauty Protein - Chocolate 
  • ¼ cup organic cacao powder
  • Pinch sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder, stirred into 2 tbsp boiling water
  • ½ cup organic unsalted butter, melted 
  • ½ cup raw honey, or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
  • 3 organic eggs, whisked
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 100g chocolate of choice, roughly chopped   

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C and line a square baking tray. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and honey until combined 
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, sift together the almond meal, protein powder, cacao powder, salt, and baking powder. Carefully pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring to combine. Add the chocolate and carefully fold it into the batter using a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into your lined baking tin and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, remove and let cool
  5. Slice into 12-16 brownies (depending on size), and store in the fridge in an airtight container  for up to 5 days.
