Who we're looking for

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Operations Coordinator. In this multifaceted role, you will leverage your expertise in customer service, dealing with customers: their queries about orders, delivers and the like. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing and new customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with our brand.

And as a Operations Coordinator - this is all about helping to support our community. Through assistance with back-end development, and creating content around our products and wellness. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while making a meaningful impact on people's health and well-being. 



Operationally in this role you will:

Project Management and Coordination: Collaborate with our team, coordinating various projects, ensuring on-time completion, within scope and budget, ensuring they align with our mission and values.

Create content: Generate engaging and informative content across various platforms, where required, to educate our audience about our products and holistic health practices.

Administration: Assist with forms and documentation where required. 

Content and marketing strategies: Assist in developing and executing content and marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage our audience while upholding compliance with the TGA advertising code.

Brand message enhancement: Work collaboratively with our team to continually refine and enhance our brand message, ensuring consistency and authenticity.

In Customer Care, you will:

Build relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with our existing and new customers, providing personalized service and exceptional care to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage inquiries: Oversee and manage customer care enquiries, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries through various channels, such as email, social media, and video calls.

Public speaking: Comfortably represent our brand in front of the camera, sharing natural health product information and advice through videos and other visual media.

Create memorable experiences: Create incredible and memorable experiences for our customers, fostering authentic connections that reflect the core values of our brand.

Deliver a personalised service: Deliver a hands-on and authentic brand experience through personalised service, tailoring recommendations and solutions to each customer's unique needs.

Comply with TGA advertising code: Ensure all customer interactions and communication adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advertising code.

We are looking for someone who is/ has:

Experience and passion as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively engage with both our community and customers.

Passion for people and an ability to create memorable experiences that foster authentic relationships.

Comfortable with content creation.

Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling content.

Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats with a smile, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A genuine love for natural, holistic health and wellness products.


Although our preference is for a candidate based on the Gold Coast who can work with our team directly from time-to-time, we are also considering fully remote candidates. We believe that the right person can excel in this role, regardless of their location, and we welcome applications from qualified individuals who are enthusiastic about joining our team.
