About Mister Jones
Mister Jones is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand on a mission to empower women to feel their best, unlock their confidence, and adopt a healthy lifestyle through innovative wellness products that meet them where they are.
Over recent years, we’ve gone from strength to strength. And we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon – currently, we have plans-in-motion to share the Mister Jones experience with the global market.
While our brand journey is entirely our own, we see Mister Jones’ brand trajectory reserving us a place alongside other iconic Australian beauty and wellness brands.
The story behind the role
Our brand is growing fast, and as our global brand expansion picks up momentum, it’s time for us to relieve our Director from his performance management duties so he can focus on building Mister Jones into the global success we know it can be.
To date, customer acquisition through digital marketing has been integral to our brand’s success. It’s our hope that our new Performance Director will not only continue this trend, but accelerate it. We have all the ingredients – all that’s missing is a data-driven strategist to make it happen.
About the opportunity
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join our ambitious and fast-moving marketing team.
Reporting to our Brand Marketing Director and working collaboratively with our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for translating our analytics into insights and driving our digital marketing initiatives forward.
This role is for someone who is confident in building and executing a sustainable and systemic acquisition strategy that can evolve with our brand.
This is a high-growth role with big opportunities. You’ll have the autonomy and flexibility to make your ideas a reality. We’ll pass you the ball and it’s yours to run with.
