About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively talented visual designer to join our hands-on marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for the A-Z of creative content production. In collaboration with our marketing team, you’ll develop ideas and then breathe life into them – planning, creating, and editing.
This role is highly cross-functional, you’ll work across acquisition, retention, conversion, product, and evergreen brand work to produce data-driven designs to improve outcomes across the creative funnel.

*Ideally, we’re looking for a talented designer to join us on a full-time basis.

Who we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who is a passionate creative, is highly adept at all things graphic design, and who sees visual content for what it truly is: a combination of art and strategy.
Our brand has recently undergone a brand evolution (with a new visual identity to boot) – so we’re looking for someone who is confident in taking our new guidelines and running with them. Ideally, you’ll feel comfortable using our new visual brand DNA as inspiration to catapult your own ideas and create content that up-levels our brand experience.
It’s vital that you are passionate about the DTC space, find joy in using data and insights to shape your creative approach, and are eager to drive bottom line results.
The ability to capture and create your own photographic and/or video content isn’t essential but would be advantageous.
As our Graphic & Digital Designer, you’ll:
Be a responsible and accountable self-starter who consistently demonstrates initiative
Engage and educate the respective teams in new forms of storytelling. This will happen by osmosis
Design and deliver creative collateral in accordance with briefs and within specified timeframes
Share creative ideas and suggestions to increase brand exposure and drive sales
Designing and executing advertising material to support promotions and marketing campaigns across all channels and touchpoints
Create ads, landing pages, and emails that draw customer attention and drive click-through and conversion.
Lead all elements of creative asset pre and post-production
Execute high level designs that build upon the look and voice our brand has already established
Manage the post-production of user-generated content
Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop and produce tailored content across various channels
Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing ideas and helping formulate design strategy
Adjust your approach based on what performance data and insights tell us
What you'll ideally bring with you
3+ years of experience as a graphic & digital designer creating content ready assets
A passion for creating designs that build on brand identity
Stellar design skills with a strong sense for typography, colour, layout, and creative use of imagery
An understanding of UX/UI
A strong comprehension of the preferred formats for all media assets and their channels
Experience creating landing pages and email
High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – namely InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
High proficiency in your creative editing programs of choice: After Effects, Lightroom, Creative Suite etc.
Have the ability to autonomously ideate, design, and create content at scale
Fantastic organisation skills – to the level where anyone else could pick up your project and iterate off what you’ve built
The ability to style and edit all projects to ensure final assets are on-brand
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Creative flair and innovative ideas
Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution. Show a high attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and multitask
Experience in videography/photography across all areas from initial ideation to post-production
Experience with Google Slides, Canva, website design, Shopify, Zipify Pages
Motion graphics capabilities and the asset editing skills
