About Mister Jones
Mister Jones is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand on a mission to empower women to feel their best, unlock their confidence, and adopt a healthy lifestyle through innovative wellness products that meet them where they are.
Over recent years, we’ve gone from strength to strength. And we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon – currently, we have plans-in-motion to share the Mister Jones experience with the global market.
While our brand journey is entirely our own, we see Mister Jones’ brand trajectory reserving us a place alongside other iconic Australian beauty and wellness brands.
About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven designer to join our hands-on marketing team on a full-time* basis.
You’ll be responsible for the A-Z of creative content production. In collaboration with our marketing team, you’ll develop, articulate, and create compelling marketing assets.
This is a highly cross-functional senior-level position. Your projects will span across: acquisition, conversion, retention, and education.
You’ll use performance data to guide your designs and ultimately, improve the customer journey and our business outcomes.
Our working culture is anchored in teamwork. We are passionate about our respective fields of expertise and our brand. You’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and think beyond the confines of what other brands are doing.
Our brand has recently undergone a brand evolution (with a new visual identity to boot) – so we’re looking for someone who is confident in taking our new guidelines and running with them to catapult their own ideas and create content that uplevels our brand experience.
As a small and fast-growing business, we’re looking for someone who has big career ambitions and is excited to progress up the ranks as we grow.
This is a player-and-coach role. It’s important that you’re able to partner with our leadership team to strategise, as well as get into the weeds and personally execute projects.
*This is a fully remote position. Ideally, we’re looking for a talented designer to join us full-time. However, for the right person, we’re open to part-time.
Who we're looking for
This role is meant for someone who is equally passionate about marketing and design.
Someone who is highly adept at all things graphic design but also finds tremendous satisfaction in unearthing and applying performance data to create designs that don’t only look exceptional, but perform exceptionally.
We’re looking for someone who sees visual content for what it truly is: a combination of art and strategy. Someone who is committed to honing their craft. Who’s focused on continual education. Who has a camera roll full of ad inspiration and a mental archive of the ads that have hit it out of the park.
It would be advantageous if you could capture and create your own photographic and/or video content, but it isn’t an essential requirement.
As our Senior Graphic & Digital Designer, you’ll:
Spearhead visual ideation and execution
Be a responsible and accountable self-starter who consistently demonstrates initiative
Engage and educate our team in new forms of storytelling. This will happen by osmosis
Design and deliver creative collateral in accordance with briefs and within specified timeframes
Share creative ideas and suggestions to increase brand exposure and drive sales
Designing and executing advertising material to support promotions and marketing campaigns across all channels and touchpoints
Create ads, landing pages, and emails that draw customer attention and drive click-through and conversion
Lead all elements of creative asset pre and post-production
Execute high-level designs that build upon the look and voice our brand has already established
Manage the post-production of user-generated content
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and produce tailored content across various channels
Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing ideas and helping formulate design strategy
Adjust your approach based on what performance data and insights tell us
What you'll ideally bring with you

The ability to style and edit all projects to ensure final assets are on-brand
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
