About the opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our close-knit team of high achievers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our fully remote Mister Jones office as well as providing executive support to our Director/Co-owner.
You’ll be hands-on with digital office management, building on your already-solid understanding of the programs that we rely on.

Who we're looking for
We’re on the lookout for an Executive Assistant who is a self-starter through and through.
Someone who has exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Who is confident in taking initiative and making their own decisions. The kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities to grow and is constantly asking the question “How can I leave this better than the way I found it?
You’ll be accountable for building strong relationships within our in-house team, with our external network, and with other key stakeholders and service providers.
You’ll be given the tools to thrive in this role, but it’s also important that you’re keen to evolve your skillset as our Director’s requirements progress.
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll:
Be responsible for managing our Director’s schedule/calendar and coordinating necessary events and logistics
Manage our Director’s always-busy inbox
Communicate directly with key stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
Assist in ensuring all digital files are up-to-date and maintained
Lend your assistance in onboarding and off-boarding where necessary
Processing all business expenses and invoices in a timely manner
Have a finessed ability to prioritise and multitask
Be willing to jump in and assist the rest of the team when required
Create letters, format documents, and write emails
Pre-empt any challenges and develop solutions proactively
Take confidential notes and minutes for meetings
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Go the extra mile to coordinate celebrations for staff awards, birthdays, and wins
What you'll ideally bring with you
2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant (bonus points if it’s for a C-suite executive)
Experience in an administrative role
An upbeat attitude! We hire people, not resumes Intermediate
Microsoft Office skills
A strong awareness of IT functionality
A comprehension (or a willingness to learn) project management programs
Experience working in a remote team highly regarded
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
