We’re looking for a Facebook advertising specialist to become our Digital Performance Manager – an exceptionally organised and data-driven marketer to help grow our direct-to-consumer brand through paid media (primarily Facebook/Instagram).
This role doesn’t stop at paid media management, we’re looking for someone who wants to have more to do with digital marketing than just being behind Facebooks Ads Manager 24/7.
Our ideal candidate is able to zoom in and out at problems, is full-funnel focused and understands how the consumer journey is connected through multiple channels. All of which, you’ll be responsible for (with the help of your team):

✔️ SEO * *You’re not expected to be proficient in all these areas from day one nor are you expected to run them all yourself without help. However, you need to know (or learn) the basics so you can build and manage a team that is responsible for execution.
We need someone who is strong in social advertising (Facebook/Instagram) and knows how to strategise angles, offers, and creative concepts. (the rest can be learnt as you grow into the role)
You’ll know that creative is the biggest lever in performance and you’ll work with our in-house creative team to produce creative and copy that works.
You'll work side-by-side with our in-house Creative Manager who'll handle all asset creation.
You’ll report to the Brand Marketing Director and be responsible for all media placements - paid and owned.
You’ll be heavily influencing our product direction and brand’s evolution.
You’ll not only be a tactical implementor but also a strategic thinker.
You’ll be able to zoom in and out, manage a team and get in the weeds to make it happen.

What you'll do:
Manage our brands Facebook ad account
Partner closely with and report to Brand Marketing Director
Maximise brand reach and sales volume within our blended CPA target
Own acquisition, retention, and all e-commerce analytics (LTV, AOV, CAC) to maximise ROI and customer experience
Lead and manage our in-house creative team
Utilise a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support business decisions
Influence product direction – determine product needs and make adjustments to current products, pricing, etc. to grow the brand
Drive a roadmap of channel optimisation via creative testing, CRO, targeting refinement, and validate new channel opportunities
Ideate; new hooks, offers, creative concepts, strategies & implementation plans, as well as leading your team to execute
Strategise, test and implement website optimisations (with the help of our devs)
Lead our creative team to produce the creative assets you need. You’ll not only know how to write a brief but you’ll be able to provide constructive feedback and take ownership of each deliverable
Project management of any additional assets that may need outsourced production - video production, motion graphics, web optimisations
Project management of any channel-specific agencies - Google, Pinterest etc
Manage ad spend as if it were your own
Assist in the training and progression of the junior members on our team
Stay up-to-date on the Paid Social Advertising industry (especially Facebook & IG) through groups, blogs and courses
You will hold yourself accountable for all aspects of your digital performance - wins and mistakes...we’re always learning from our mistakes!

2 + years of digital marketing experience
2+ years of Facebook advertising experience
Strong knowledge of marketing principles
Proven track record of strong of Facebook Ad account results & experience managing $50k+/month Ad budgets
Advanced with analytics & numbers driven
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Good competency of social media platforms
Excellent productivity and prioritisation skills
Top-notch communication skills - both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn
Knowledge/experience in Klaviyo (or any other ESP)
Knowledge/experience with Google Ads
Knowledge/experience in SEO
Knowledge/experience in CRO & UX optimisations
Knowledge/experience in Shopify
Basic/intermediate design skills
Basic/intermediate copywriting skills
Intermediate knowledge and experience other paid channels such as; Google Ads, Pinterest, YouTube, etc
