The story behind the role
Owing to our brand’s rapid growth rate, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty team.
Until now, our Director has led all elements of our marketing initiatives. However, as we set our sights on the global market, the time has come for them to redirect their time and energy into maximising our brand’s opportunity to grow bigger and stronger.
And that’s why we need you! This is a critically important role that you’ll truly have the authority to make your own.
About the opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity to become an integral member of our fast-paced, creative, and collaborative marketing team.
Reporting to our Brand Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for coordinating our marketing team to ensure deadlines are met and projects are successfully executed.
You’ll be hands-on with managing our people and projects and you’ll be able to apply your expert marketing lens to every piece of content our team produces to make sure it aligns with our brand messages, experience, and goals.
Your deep understanding of digital communities and paid social will help to guide our marketing efforts. You won’t be spending your days deep in analytics, but it’s essential you have an understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape and how our brand exists within it.

We’re looking for a results-driven and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to manage our marketing campaigns and projects. But your responsibilities won’t stop there – you’ll also coordinate our in-house creative team, stay connected to our external talent network, and ensure we’re all working together towards our common goals.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t only know digital marketing like the back of their hand, but who can pair this wealth of experience with team and project management.
Ideally, you’ll have an always-on marketing lens. You’ll be excited to take a hands-on approach to the marketing message and campaign ideation process. And you’ll be confident to own the responsibility of having first-and-last eyes on all marketing collateral.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll:
Support our Brand Marketing Director and Digital Performance Manager in developing our marketing and digital strategies
Manage our marketing team to ensure all strategies are implemented effectively
Engage and coordinate our external network of marketing professionals where necessary
Have a deep understanding of analytics, social media marketing, and upcoming industry-wide changes/trends
Manage projects, timelines, and milestones
Develop and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring all channels tie together, work cohesively, and express clear brand messaging
Develop product launch strategies and coordinate their implementation
Build on our marketing team with talented professionals who will add real value to our organisation
Be hands-on with our marketing team right from the very first ideation rounds
Have last eyes on every piece of marketing collateral before it’s shipped
What you'll ideally bring with you
3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in eCommerce
Exceptional communication skills, copywriting skills, and a highly developed understanding of the marketing ecosystem
Experience creating and implementing product launch strategies and content marketing calendars Demonstrated project management skills
A deep understanding of UI/UX design
Confidence working closely with, and briefing, an in-house creative/marketing team
Experience commissioning video and photographic assets
Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage budgets
An understanding of paid social and the role it plays in building online communities
Keen attention to detail
An understanding of analytics and current/future marketing changes/trends
Strong analytical skills
