As our Customer Care/Office Administrator, you’ll support our brand from the inside out – making sure our day-to-day systems are humming along smoothly and our customers are supported at every step of the way.
Please note: this is a full-time, fully remote position.

Until now, the duties of a Customer Care/Office Administrator have been shared across our team. But the time has come to welcome someone who will coordinate our operations and take care of all things admin-related.
About the opportunity
Reporting to our Director, you’ll manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, such as: managing inventory, connecting with suppliers, helping to establish new supply chains, and so much more.
You’ll also be responsible for supporting our customers through any order, tracking, or transactional enquiries they may have.

As this role is rooted in operations and logistics, it’s integral that you’re keen to expand your skill set as our business’s needs evolve.
As our Customer Care/Office Admin, you’ll:
Wear many hats 👒
Manage customer care enquiries
Assist with inventory management and stock procurement
Communicate, manage expectations, and negotiate with suppliers
Manage the ever-busy inbox
Implement and maintain operational SAPs
Deliver weekly status reports/updates with the help of Shopify apps, Xero, and other programs
Lend support through general administration duties
Manage operational service providers (3PLs)
Assist in establishing supply chains in new markets
Write internal contracts, emails, and compile essential documents
Keep our digital filing system up-to-date and organised
Use our backend insights to guide enhancements to our processes and procedures
What you'll ideally bring with you
A love of wearing many hats 👒
1+ years experience in operations/office management, project management, administration, or similar
Academic qualifications not essential but highly regarded
Experience working in eCommerce operations desired but not essential
Experience with Google tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.)
Confidence working with numbers
Exceptional communication & organisation skills
Experience working with a digital project management system highly desirable eg. Monday, Asana, Clickup etc.
A suitable workspace with everything you need to excel in your role – a reliable internet connection, computer, a work-conducive environment etc.

Salary: $50k-60k (dependant on experience)
