Please note: While this is the most accurate information available, we are also aware that Australia Post’s capacity is so over-exhausted that some packages are not being scanned at the usual touchpoints – this may lead to a less comprehensive tracking journey than expected.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do? Unfortunately, Australia Post won’t begin an investigation unless your standard shipping package is more than 15 days late or your express shipping package is more than 7 days late.
